To apply for resignation in accordance with the provision of Article 74 of the Act, a consignee shall submit the following documents in duplicate to the competent authority:1.Letter of application;2.Letter of the reason for resignation;3.Documents on the trust affairs and trust estates;4.Suggestion on selection of the new consignee.
