Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Interior Business Public Welfare Trusts Article 11
Trustee shall submit the following documents to Trust Supervisor for review and report to the competent authority for recordation within three months after the end of the fiscal year:1. The annual report for trust affairs operations2. The annual statement of income and expenditure and balance sheet3. The inventory of trust assets in the end of the fiscal yearTrustee shall announce the preceding documents on the place where operating its trust affairs and information network for at least three consecutive years within thirty days after the next day of receipt of the recordation notification from the competent authority.

受託人應於年度終了後三個月內，檢具下列文件，送信託監察人審核後，報主管機關核備：
一、該年度信託事務處理報告書。
二、該年度收支計算表及資產負債表。
三、該年度終了時信託財產目錄。
前項各款文件，受託人應於主管機關核備通知送達之翌日起三十日內，於其執行信託事務之場所及資訊網路公告至少連續三年。
