Taiwan Police College Organization Act Article 9
The College shall establish a Personnel Office, with one director holding the position of intermediate grade 8 to 9, to handle personnel management in accordance with the law.Employed staff required by the Personnel Offices shall be appointed from within the personnel quotas specified in this Act.
