Organization Act of the Ministry of the Interior Article 5
The subordinate agencies of the Ministry and their functions are as follows:1. National Police Agency: Plan and execute national police administrative affairs; command and supervise nationwide police organizations.2. National Fire Agency: Plan and execute administrative affairs concerning national disaster prevention and fire prevention; command and supervise national fire organizations.3. National Immigration Agency: Plan and execute border entry/exit control, immigration affairs, and prevention of human trafficking.4. National Land Management Agency: Plan, promote, manage and supervise spatial planning, urban planning, urban regeneration, housing, building management, urban infrastructure and sewerage construction.5. National Park Service: Plan, promote, manage and supervise the national parks, national natural parks, wetlands and coastal zone management.6. National New Immigrants Development Agency: Plan, promote, execute and coordinate policies on new immigrant affairs.

三、移民署：入出國（境）管理、移民事務、防制人口販運之規劃及執行。
四、國土管理署：國土規劃、都市計畫、都市更新、住宅、建築管理、都市基礎與下水道工程之規劃、推動、管理及督導。
五、國家公園署：國家公園、國家自然公園、濕地與海岸管理之規劃、推動、管理及督導。
六、新住民發展署：新住民事務政策之規劃、推動、執行及協調。
