Enforcement Rules of Consumer Protection Act Article 37
The term “special staff dealing with consumer protection” as referred in Paragraph 1, Article 49 of the Act shall mean the personnel in that consumer advocacy group, whether full-time or part-time, with or without payment, with any one of the following qualifications or experiences:1. Having served as a judge, prosecutor or consumer ombudsman.2. Being an attorney, doctor, architect, accountant or other professional with a national professional certificate or license to practice, and having served in a consumer advocacy group for more than one year; or3. Having been engaged in consumer protection activities in a consumer advocacy group for more than three years.

本法第四十九條第一項所稱消費者保護專門人員，指該團體專任或兼任之有給職或無給職人員中，具有下列資格或經歷之一者：
一、曾任法官、檢察官或消費者保護官者。
二、律師、醫師、建築師、會計師或其他執有全國專門職業執業證照之專業人士，且曾在消費者保護團體服務一年以上者。
三、曾在消費者保護團體擔任保護消費者工作三年以上者。
