Consumer Protection Act Article 53
Where a trader has a serious illegal act that breach the provisions of this act, consumer ombudsmen or consumer advocacy groups may file a petition for injunction with the court to discontinue or prohibit.Court fees for a litigation referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be exempted.

消費者保護官或消費者保護團體，就企業經營者重大違反本法有關保護消費者規定之行為，得向法院訴請停止或禁止之。
