Consumer Protection Act Article 24
Traders shall properly label the products or services provided in accordance with labeling laws and other relevant laws and regulations.For imported goods or services, traders shall attach labels and instructions in Mandarin and the content of which shall not be less comprehensive than those required in the country of origin.For imported goods or services at the country of origin are accompanied with warning, the previous paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis.

企業經營者應依商品標示法等法令為商品或服務之標示。
輸入之商品或服務，應附中文標示及說明書，其內容不得較原產地之標示及說明書簡略。
輸入之商品或服務在原產地附有警告標示者，準用前項之規定。
