Consumer Protection Act Article 22-1
Trader shall express the annual percentage rates of all the costs of borrowing over the term of the credit in their advertisements when engaging in credit transactions.The scope of the costs of borrowing over the term of the credit, and the methods of calculating the annual percentage rate as expressed in the previous paragraph, shall be set by the competent authorities of each relevant industry.

企業經營者對消費者從事與信用有關之交易時，應於廣告上明示應付所有總費用之年百分率。
