Consumer Protection Act Article 1
The Consumer Protection Act （hereinafter “this act”）is enacted for the purposes of protecting the interests, facilitating the safety, and improving the quality of life of the consumers.In the event of the consumers protection shall follow the provisions of this act, and where this act does not provide, other laws shall prevail.

為保護消費者權益，促進國民消費生活安全，提昇國民消費生活品質，特制定本法。
有關消費者之保護，依本法之規定，本法未規定者，適用其他法律。
