Law:: Act for the Establishment and Administration of the National Financial Stabilization Fund
Chinese:: 國家金融安定基金設置及管理條例第10條

Except when deployed pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 8, funds in the Fund shall be kept in the following manners:1. Cash;2. Deposit in financial institutions with good credit;3. Purchase of government bonds, financial bonds, and short-term notes issued by financial institutions;4. Other means prescribed by the competent authority.

本基金之資金，除依第八條第一項規定動用者外，以下列方式保存：
一、現金。
二、存放於信用良好之金融機構。
三、購買政府債券、金融債券、金融機構發行之短期票券。
四、其他經主管機關規定之方式。
