Act for the Establishment and Administration of the National Financial Stabilization Fund Article 1
The National Financial Stabilization Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is specially established and this Act is adopted for purposes of responding to significant occurrences at home or abroad so as to preserve stability in capital markets and other financial markets and guarantee national stability.
