While an administrative appeal case was not yet concluded until this Act is amended and effected, the remaining procedure of the administrative appeal shall be processed consist with an administrative appeal procedure of this Act as amended.While an administrative reappeal was not yet concluded until this Act is amended and effected, the remaining procedure of the reappeal shall be processed by applying mutatis mutandis for this Act as amended.

本法修正施行前，尚未終結之訴願事件，其以後之訴願程序，依修正之本法規定終結之。
