Act on Promoting Transitional Justice Article 20-2
For cases that may be appealed before the May 17, 2022 amendment of this Act enters into force and have not passed the statutory period of remedy at the enforcement date of such amendment, Article 6, Paragraph 6 of the amended Act after it enters into force shall apply.
