Act on Promoting Transitional Justice Article 10
The TJC may use assigned, seconded, or contracted personnel to serve concurrently as research or administrative personnel.Where the TJC requests the seconding of personnel as contemplated in the preceding paragraph, a government agency shall not refuse the request.The funding needs of the TJC shall be met from the budget of the Executive Yuan.
