Anti-Infiltration Act Article 3
No person shall contribute political donations or donate funds for activities related to a referendum if the person is instructed, commissioned or funded by the sources of infiltration.Any person who violates the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years; in addition thereto, a fine of not more than NT$10 million may be imposed.

任何人不得受滲透來源之指示、委託或資助，捐贈政治獻金，或捐贈經費供從事公民投票案之相關活動。
違反前項規定者，處五年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣一千萬元以下罰金。
