Regulations Governing the Handling of Cyber Security Matters by Personnel of Government Agencies Article 23
The competent authority may delegate the suitability review, cyber security competency training, mobili zation, commendation and disciplinary action procedures, and other related tasks set out in these regulations to the Administration for Cyber Security, Ministry of Digital Affairs.
