Central Regulation Standard Act Article 22
The discard of a statute shall be passed by the Legislative Yuan and enacted by the President. The discard of an ordinance shall be vested in the original government agency which publicized the ordinance.The discard of statutes or ordinances according to the preceding two paragraphs may only enact or publicize the name and the date of enforcement, and cease to become effective since the third day of the enactment or publication date.

法律之廢止，應經立法院通過，總統公布。
命令之廢止，由原發布機關為之。
依前二項程序廢止之法規，得僅公布或發布其名稱及施行日期；並自公布或發布之日起，算至第三日起失效。
