Central Regulation Standard Act Article 19
The effect of a regulation may be temporarily suspended in part or in whole when the Country experiences force majeure. The procedure to suspend the effect or reinstate the effect of the regulation shall apply mutatis mutandis of the procedure of discard or promulgation prescribed in this Act.
