Constitution of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Article 175
Whenever necessary, enforcement procedures in regard to any matters prescribed in this Constitution shall be separately provided by law.The preparatory procedures for the enforcement of this Constitution shall be decided upon by the same National Assembly which shall have adopted this Constitution.
